All orders are being shipped directly out of Germany. We have one larger and one smaller warehouse here.

You may need to pay the shipping costs for the shipments that were sent out to fulfill the exchange (except if we made a mistake in your order) in addition to the cost difference of the exchanged products. You will receive a partial refund if you exchange for cheaper products.
